ReplyDeleteI just wanted to mention there's a program called "Paint Tool Sai"
And I think it's really helpful for cleaning up scans.
I believe even someone inexperienced could use it easily.
There's a lineart tool which is easy to control and even curves to fit the necessary shape.
You're welcome~
DeleteOhh~ I've also heard that it's very useful on 2D Digital Artworks. Thou... I am not sure which your comment pertains to... If it's the scans on the videos or the scans on scanlation.
If it's the scans on the videos, I can make the line art look clean and crisp like this:

...but I don't have the luxury of time unfortunately... (╥﹏╥) ...
But yes, it is true that Paint Tool Sai is very handy especially on artworks. It must be (OAO). Most of the artists I saw/met on deviantART use this program. Thank you for mentioning it! *feeling inspired* One of these days, I might study it. (〃^▽^〃) It always come in handy when you know a software or two.
