Implemented on April 14, 2013 by Black Rabbit : Without the staff, it would be impossible to release the videos and scanlation. As such, I am very thankful for all the effort. I also believe that recognition is another way of rewarding the time and effort a member has given. As you can see below, there are stars (★) on the center and a score on top of each of the members' profiles. The scores are based on a scoring system I created. The score corresponds to a certain amount of stars. 25 points = ★★★★★ and if a member reached 25+ points, he/she will have a badge which means he/she's a certified old-timer in the group. Of course, I won't be included in it and I might also add some miscellaneous awards... kukuku~ "What are you? Kids?", you might ask... but like I said, I just want to acknowledge the hard work.
It's complicated to make a scoring system because the level of effort needed is different on every task, but I managed to make a simple one. I also give bonus points to a job well done and a speedy submission. But of course, a low score doesn't necessarily mean that a member is lazy. Sometimes, they're just too occupied with stuff that needs more attention (e.g. school, work, LIFE).

NOTE: Part-Time members are neither official nor unofficial members of our group. Since we are only a semi-scanlation group, it means that we don't work on scanlation full-time, thus, we can only ask for help when the time calls it. The image below shows the generous people who helped/helping us:
